Terms of Service

By accessing or using Signets's services, including our website, dashboard, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Signets Computing Inc. We may update these Terms from time to time.

To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must complete our identity verification process (KYC) before accessing certain features.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including API keys and agent tokens.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including actions taken by AI agents operating with your credentials.

Signets provides virtual card issuance and payment infrastructure for AI agents and automated systems. Our Services include:

• Virtual card creation and management
• Spending policy configuration and enforcement
• Intent declaration for purchase authorization
• Transaction monitoring and audit trails
• API and MCP server access for programmatic integration
• Dashboard for account management

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Services for any illegal activities, including fraud or money laundering
• Process payments for prohibited goods or services
• Attempt to circumvent spending policies or security measures
• Share account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or related infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

When using Signets with AI agents or automated systems:

• You are responsible for all transactions initiated by your agents
• You must configure appropriate spending policies before enabling agent access
• You must declare intents for significant purchases when required
• You must monitor agent activity and respond to alerts promptly
• You accept that AI agents may make unexpected or erroneous purchases

Fees for the Services are described on our pricing page and in your service agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our fees with 30 days notice.

The Services and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Signets and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNETS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

Signets targets 99.9% uptime for the Services, measured monthly. API response times target 500 milliseconds or less for 99% of requests. These targets are goals, not guarantees.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
